The meeting rooms in all the libraries vary in size.

Branch library meeting rooms accommodate groups from the maximum of 40 to 100 depending on the library. Meeting rooms and conference rooms are available 30 days in advance and limited to 1 reservation in 7 days. Reservations are held for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Group study rooms available at some branches are available to reserve one week in advance and reservations are limited to 2 hours per day 2 times per week. Please note that central library s study rooms may be reserved for groups with fewer than 5 in attendance.
